Take a step towards infant nutritional preparedness in this one-and-a-half-hour class breaking down breastfeeding basics. This class falls on the 1st Monday of every month from 6:30pm – 8pm.
Learn how your body prepares to nourish your new baby and how their nutritional needs develop and change during the initial two weeks of life. She also teaches basic infant massage to help reduce colic and gas buildup.
Heng also teaches one-on-one classes for both breast in infant massage.
This class is $50 for Empowered Pregnancy families and $75 for outside families. For prices specific to the one-on-one classes see Heng Ma’s web page.
